of Gladstone Area Promotion and Development Ltd (GAPDL) in conjunction with our Real Estate and Developer members to showcase the Gladstone Region's
GAPDL lead a workshop in late 2009 in response to an identified need for resources, information and linkages for investors, developers, skilled workers and families attracted to our Region.
This workshop hosted delegates from the Real Estate and Developer sectors in order to produce an ‘Investor Toolkit’. This lead to the formation of a working group comprising of GAPDL staff members and local Real Estate Agents and Developers, and thus The Gladstone Advantage was born.
The Gladstone Advantage intends to be the first point of call for not only the identified groups, but current residents alike, to showcase our region, its liveability and diverse opportunities.
The Directory provides links to Real Estate Agents, Developers and other important resources and contacts for information on investing, buying and starting a new business in the Gladstone Region.
